Terms and Conditions of Use
Encased Collectors International is an Internet non-profit organization (the WebSite) owned and operated by Encased Collectors International (hereafter "ECI"). "You" or "your" means a member/visitor of ECI/WebSite for itself and you as parent or guardian for any minor which you allow to access the WebSite, for whom you will be held strictly responsible. Your being a member of ECI indicates that you are bound by this agreement with us. If you don't agree with any of these terms and conditions, don't register. We may alter this agreement at our discretion and your continued use after any change indicates your acceptance of that change. If you don't want to be bound by a change, discontinue use of the Service. Read the Privacy Policy connected with this Site, which also applies to you as a user.

ECI contains graphics, information, data, editorial and other content accessible by any Internet user. In the freely accessible areas of the ECI WebSite, all content is owned and/or copyrighted by ECI or third party providers and may be used only in accordance with this limited use agreement. Material posted on the WebSite is protected by copyright, individual elements in the case of content provided by ECI, and as a collective work and/or compilation as to the club as a whole, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws.

Limited Use
You are permitted to use the WebSite and its content only for personal use. We reserve the right to expel any or all of the members at any time. The download of the whole or significant portions of any functionality of the WebSite, or any part of the public areas of the WebSite is prohibited. On line or other republication of content is prohibited. Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of your membership and may result in legal action for injunction, damages or both.

User Provided Content
Portions of the WebSite will contain user provided content, to which you may contribute appropriate content. For this content, ECI is a distributor only. By submitting content to ECI you grant ECI, the corporate host of the WebSite, a limited license to use, host, distribute and allow hosting and distribution on co-branded content. You should submit only content which belongs to you and will not violate the property or other rights of other people or organizations. ECI is sensitive to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of others. Be aware that content, including photographs, even if submitted to a site, belongs to the creator or submitter and you should not reproduce it without permission of the owner. We will edit user provided content. ECI also reserves the right to remove any user provided content which comes to its attention and which it believes, in its sole discretion, is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites racial or ethnic hatred, violates the rights of others or otherwise violates this Agreement. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities.

Liability Disclaimer
The information, products, and services included on this ECI may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. ECI  provides all content in this WebSite "AS IS", and without any warranty of any kind.

ECI make no representations concerning the suitability, reliability or accuracy of the content or the service provided on the WebSite for any purpose. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the content and the services provided on the WebSite, including conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In the case of goods or services purchased via the WebSite, any warranty is supplied by the manufacturer and ECI provides no such warranty. In no case will we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special or other damages including, without limitation, lost or delay of use, lost profits, loss of data or any other damage in contract, tort, equity or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility thereof. 

ECI may, from time to time, provide opportunities to users of the WebSite to link to or buy services from third parties. Sites of those third parties may be subject to terms and conditions which are different from those found here. ECI makes no warranty concerning third party provided goods or services and you agree that any recourse for dissatisfaction or problems with those goods or services will be sought from the third party provider and not from ECI/\.

Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, this limitation may not apply in part to you. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ECI OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS WEB SERVICE AND RESIGN.
