BOB LEWIS: My fellow encased coin collectors, I need your help! Several years ago I decided to try to complete a year set of Lincoln Encased Cents from 1909 to the present. The dates I thought might prove to be the most difficult, 1909, 1914, 1921, 1922, 1931, 1932, 1943 were actually acquired with not too much difficulty. I have had a real problem finding examples from the 1980's & 1990's. I prefer encased cents attributed to a city and state, but of course will take a maverick until I find an attributed example. When I have located more recent dates they have usually been priced in the $5-$10 range. It just seems  some dates rarely show up. If you have any of the following available please contact me and I would be glad to discuss a transaction with you. The mint mark on the coin is unimportant, just the date: 1980, 1982, 1983, 1987, 1989, 1993, 1996 & 2002. Thank you for your help..

GREGORY HUNT: Just a little note to let you know that I am interested in Hawaii Encased Coins and or tokens.  If you come across these items, please send me a email as I am extremely interested! Mahalo Nui Loa (Thank-you very much!)

COLIN GOODE:  I am interested in purchasing examples of encased farthings, other than Hooper Struves and Chelsea Hotel, Jersey. If you have any examples you are willing to sell, please feel free to contact me.

Secondly I am interested in images of any encased farthings, because I am trying to catalogue the varieties. If you have any images of encased farthings and you are willing to contribute, can you send me a 1200dpi scan of the obverse and reverse.
Many Thanks

DARLENE KOYKAR: New to the encased coin collection. I want to start by collecting any Frank J. Wachewicz of Hammond, IN (i.e., The Wachewicz Way) encased pennies from the 1920's. He is my great-grandfather. Any encased coins from Wachewicz era would be very special to me.
